Möessel used photography to inventory his work, from his early career in Germany till his final works in Chicago. The collection includes both finished and preliminary drawings from Möessel’s Religion/Biblical work. There is no indication that Möessel had any overt religious instruction, it seems he relished the graphic ideology of the bibles teachings.
